Terms of Service

By accessing or using the SiteSafe application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

The App is designed to assist construction companies and workers in managing safety-related documentation, including but not limited to:

• Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHA)
• Toolbox Talks
• Incident and hazard reporting
• Corrective action tracking
• Worker acknowledgements and sign-offs

The App is a support tool only and is not a substitute for a complete safety program.

The App does not provide legal, regulatory, or professional safety advice. Use of the App does not guarantee compliance with applicable laws or regulations, replace the need for qualified safety professionals, or fulfill employer obligations under occupational health and safety legislation.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Employers and users are fully responsible for workplace safety, proper implementation of safety procedures, and the accuracy and completeness of records created within the App. The App does not monitor real-time site conditions and cannot prevent incidents.

While the App is designed to support safety workflows aligned with industry standards, SiteSafe Inc. does not guarantee regulatory compliance. Compliance depends on proper use of the App, accurate user input, and implementation of safety procedures in the field.

Users are responsible for all data entered into the App, including hazard assessments, incident reports, and safety documentation. You represent that information you submit is accurate and truthful and that you have authority to submit it. SiteSafe Inc. is not responsible for errors, omissions, or false information entered by users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteSafe Inc. shall not be liable for workplace incidents or injuries, regulatory fines or penalties, loss of business, revenue, or data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiteSafe Inc. from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App, your failure to comply with safety regulations, or data or content you submit.

The App may collect and store personal and workplace data, including names and signatures, safety records, and incident details. Users are responsible for obtaining necessary consent from workers and ensuring lawful use of personal information. Please review the SiteSafe Privacy Policy for more information.

SiteSafe Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App. The App may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable without notice.

SiteSafe Inc. may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

This application is intended to support workplace safety documentation and workflows. It does not replace legal obligations under occupational health and safety laws. Employers and users remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance, implementing safety procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
