SiteSafe

Privacy Policy

This policy describes how SiteSafe handles personal information provided through our website and platform.

Effective date: April 6, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how SiteSafe Inc. collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when people visit the SiteSafe website or use the SiteSafe construction safety and time-tracking platform.

2. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including account and contact information, worker profile information, support communications, and billing-related details.

Customers and authorized users may enter workplace information into SiteSafe, including timesheets, signatures, safety forms, hazard assessments, toolbox talks, inspections, incident details, certification records, and related jobsite documentation.

We may also collect technical and usage information such as device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, feature activity, and diagnostic logs.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide, operate, secure, support, and improve SiteSafe; administer accounts and subscriptions; communicate about the service; respond to requests; and meet legal obligations.

We do not use SiteSafe to replace an employer's workplace-safety responsibilities or to determine whether a customer complies with occupational health and safety requirements.

4. How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate SiteSafe, with other authorized users in the customer's SiteSafe account, when directed by the customer, as part of a business transaction, or when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.

5. Customer and employer responsibilities

Customers control the workplace information submitted through their accounts. Employers and account administrators are responsible for providing required notices, obtaining any necessary consents, limiting access to authorized users, and using personal information lawfully.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide SiteSafe, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to or correction of personal information, withdraw consent where consent applies, or ask questions about how information is handled. Workplace users should normally begin with their employer or SiteSafe account administrator.

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date when changes take effect.
