Check your spam or junk folder and make sure the email address is spelled correctly. Codes usually arrive within a minute.

You can request a new code after one minute, up to five times per hour. Each code expires after 10 minutes and works only once, so always use the most recent one.

No. Baby Care Log uses passwordless sign-in: enter your email address and type the six-digit code we email you. You stay signed in on your iPhone until you sign out.

Request a new code and enter it within 10 minutes. After six incorrect attempts a code stops working, and you will need to request another one.

1. Open Family settings (the people icon at the top of the main screen).
2. Under Invite by email, enter their email address and tap the invite button.
3. They install Baby Care Log, sign in with that same email address and tap Join family log.

Caregivers see the same shared log and can add, edit and delete care entries, Vitamin D check-ins and growth measurements. Only the family owner can change the babies' details, invite or remove caregivers, and delete the family account.

The family owner opens Family settings and taps the trash icon next to the caregiver under People with access. Removing a caregiver does not delete any records from the shared log.

An account can belong to one family. To join another family, sign in with a different email address, or delete your own family log first (see Account and data below).

Tap Log care on the main screen. Fill in any of the fields for each baby (feed amount or type, diaper, optional note), choose the time and save. Leave anything that doesn't apply blank.

Tap a baby's card at the top of the main screen to show that baby's records and counts. With three babies, swipe the cards sideways. Tap the selected card again, or its arrow, to open that baby's growth.

Tap the clock icon on the main screen to open History, which lists every day with its feed and diaper counts. Tap a day to open it.

Open a baby's growth screen and tap Add measurement to record weight (lb or kg), height (cm or in) or both, with the date measured. Each new measurement is compared with that baby's previous one: weight gain is shown in grams, height growth in centimetres, and both per day based on the days between the two dates.

Baby Care Log is available in English, French and Spanish. Choose your language when you set up the app, or change it any time in Family settings under Language. Sign-in, invitation and account emails are sent in the language you choose. Each person's choice applies only to their own iPhone.

The family owner can delete the account in the app: open Family settings, tap Delete account and family log, enter the six-digit code we email you, type the confirmation word shown and confirm.

This permanently deletes the owner's account, all caregiver access, the babies' profiles, every care entry, Vitamin D record and growth measurement, and all invitations. It cannot be undone.

A caregiver's account cannot be deleted while it belongs to a shared family. Ask the family owner to remove you first, or contact us.
