These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Baby Care Log (the "App"), operated by SiteSafe Technologies Ltd. ("SiteSafe," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Baby Care Log, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

Baby Care Log is a family baby-care tracking and organizational application.

The App allows parents and caregivers to record and share information relating to:

The App supports family accounts for one baby, twins, or triplets.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Baby Care Log.

By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The App is intended for adults who are parents, guardians, caregivers, or otherwise authorized to record information concerning a baby or babies in their care.

Baby Care Log uses passwordless email authentication.

You are responsible for:

You must not attempt to access another person's account or use another person's authentication information.

Baby Care Log allows a family to share a care log with caregivers.

The person who creates and controls the family account is the family owner.

The family owner is responsible for:

Caregivers may access information made available through the shared family account.

Family members should understand that information entered into a shared family account may be visible to other authorized members.

Baby Care Log is dependent on information entered by users.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

The App does not independently verify feeding records, diaper records, Vitamin D records, notes, baby information, or other information entered by users.

You should not rely on the App as the sole source of information when making decisions about a baby's health or care.

Baby Care Log is not a medical device.

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare recommendations.

The App's records and summaries should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

If you have concerns about a baby's health, feeding, hydration, development, or safety, consult an appropriate healthcare professional.

In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

A family owner may permanently delete the family account through the App's deletion process.

Deletion requires confirmation using a six-digit email code and an explicit confirmation.

When the family owner confirms deletion, the associated family information is permanently deleted, including baby profiles, feeding records, diaper records, notes, Vitamin D records, memberships, invitations, and associated accounts and sessions.

A family owner should understand that deleting the family account also affects associated caregiver accounts and shared records.

A caregiver cannot delete their account while remaining joined to a shared family. The family owner must first remove the caregiver.

You are responsible for entering the correct email address when inviting another person to your family account.

Do not invite a person who is not authorized to access your family's information.

SiteSafe is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a user intentionally or mistakenly inviting the wrong person.

Your use of Baby Care Log is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how family sharing works, how information is stored, and how you can request deletion or exercise applicable privacy rights.

We make reasonable efforts to keep Baby Care Log available and functioning properly.

However, we do not guarantee that the App will:

The App may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, hosting failures, network problems, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, update, add, or remove features from Baby Care Log.

We may also discontinue the App or particular features where reasonably necessary.

We may release updates to maintain security, compatibility, functionality, or compliance with applicable requirements.

We take reasonable measures to protect information stored through Baby Care Log.

However, no electronic storage system is completely immune from failure.

To the extent appropriate, users should maintain independent records of information that is particularly important to them.

SiteSafe is not responsible for data loss resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including device failure, network failure, third-party infrastructure failures, unauthorized access, or other technical failures.

Baby Care Log and its associated software, design, graphics, branding, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to SiteSafe Technologies Ltd.

You may use the App for its intended personal or family-care purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from the App or its proprietary content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Baby Care Log relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate certain portions of the App, including hosting, database infrastructure, and transactional email.

Your information may therefore be processed by those providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for independent services, policies, or availability of third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baby Care Log is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiteSafe Technologies Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteSafe Technologies Ltd.'s total liability arising from your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

You may stop using Baby Care Log at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where a user materially violates these Terms, creates a security risk, abuses the App, or uses the App unlawfully.

Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should continue to apply, including intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

If you download Baby Care Log through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and SiteSafe Technologies Ltd. and not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for the App.

Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, except where required by applicable law.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce applicable provisions of these Terms against you as permitted by Apple's applicable requirements.

Your use of the App must also comply with Apple's applicable terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the applicable courts of British Columbia, Canada, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice through the App or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
